What makes Tiny Hands different from other Kids' clothing stores?

We curate our collection with love, offering limited quantities to ensure that each piece is special and exclusive. This allows parents to dress their little ones in styles that are both high-quality and one-of-a-kind.

What are the delivery options? 

We provide free standard shipping for orders over $150. For orders under $150, we charge

  • $7 for standard shipping
  • $15 for 2-day shipping

 

Is my order eligible for free delivery? 

All orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping.

 

When will my order be delivered? 

If you choose standard shipping, you can expect that your package will be delivered 3-5 days after shipment. For 2-day shipping, your package should be delivered after 2 days. Please take into account processing times.

 

How will you ship my order and how can I track it? 

We use UPS, USPS, and FedEx to ship out your order. Once your item is shipped, you will receive tracking information through email.

 

Can you help us select a gift for someone?

Absolutely! Looking for a gift for a baby shower, newborn, birthday or just because? Send us a DM or an email at support@shoptinyhands.com and we can help you!

 

I want to send a gift to someone but I don’t want them to see the price. Will there be an invoice in the package? 

If you're buying a gift, we'll make sure to omit prices from orders that include gift messages. We also provide an option to include a hand-written message with gift orders. Additionally, we provide add on gift boxes. If you'd like to send your gift in a signature box, please add this to the cart before checkout.

 

Do you deliver outside of the US? 

No, at the moment we only deliver inside of the USA.

 

Can you deliver to P.O. Boxes? 

No.

 

Are all of your brands European?

Can I return or exchange items if they don't fit or if I change my mind?

Yes, we understand that preferences may vary. Our goal is to ensure you and your little ones are delighted with your Tiny Hands purchases.If you are not satisfied, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund and up to 14 days to return in exchange for store credit. If you receive store credit, please note that it is valid for 6 months after its date of issue. Sale items are final sale.

 

Please note that we need to receive the order within 14 days of delivery in order to qualify for exchange or store credit.
